3 Luxury Apartments in Athens

The building program for this residential project contained three luxury apartments
(2x 70m2 and 1x 100m2 ) in a southern Athenian suburb, overlooking the Saronic gulf.

The main idea was a manmade version of a traditional forest settlement, nestled within the rocky topography with a strong natural slope and a fully integrated structure. A luxury, yet peaceful residential retreat made of organic, traditional textures and earthy colors. A structure of altitude curves inspired by the natural
landscape of the local topography, fostering a
seamlessly indoor-outdoor connection, giving the pleasure of enjoying a sensory barefoot experience, while offering a warm and inviting arrival experience. The complex is approached as a
mediterranean landscape coated in natural stone and a vast plantation.
