Hospitality Project in the Cyclades

Our mission was to create a hotel complex, based on existing building volumes, consisting of 10 small villas and a pool-bar area at the edge of a rocky promontory, in the tranquil landscape of
Kythnos, a small island in Cyclades.

Main intentions were the smooth integration into the landscape, the grand architectural gestures, the earthy colors, the pursuit of barefoot luxury through the use of local materials (stone, wood, natural cement, mats, rough tiles).

Each apartment has its own courtyard, overlooking the sea, while the layout of the interiors brings in
landscape qualities.

As you will notice below, we conducted the project through every stage till its completion.
