RECUPERO DI UN SOTTOTETTO

Il recupero del piccolo attico (mq 40) nel centro di Milano, è stato pensato per essere affittato tramite il portale degli affitti brevi Airbnb.
E' conposto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, da un soggiorno con angolo cottura e da un bagno. Inoltre è stato ricavato un piccolo terrazzo nel tetto molto utile. Cono state mantenute a vista le travi principali del tetto e i travetti.
L'arredo è molto semplice, ma caldo, il tutto risulta molto accogliente.

The recovery of the small penthouse (40 square meters) in the center of Milan was designed to be rented through the Airbnb short-term rental portal.
It consists of a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. In addition, a very useful small terrace has been created in the roof. The main roof beams and joists were kept exposed.
The furniture is very simple, but warm, everything is very welcoming.
