DECANTING WINE

This study area represents the gateway to the “Castelli Romani”, the enogastronomic traditions of these places are part of the ”imprinting” of the area as much as the sectional nature of the place.

The main goal of the project is to focus on the local culture, opening up a range of new possibilities of “redemption” for a marginal area of the city centre.

The project contains the urban tensions in a fluid twist, but to the frenzied city it opposes slow food, tasting and re-conquest of the ancient enogastronomic traditions.
