With two roads separated with public social services and the site is located at northwest where the wind is mostly occur with the east side Indian Ocean where by evening the wind blow comes from the ocean to the site As the sun rises to east we had to locate the building in a way that to avoid more sun effect with the climate of the region too high while we provide articulate from the center to have more impact of air to reach bedrooms and living room. This house project costed 35milion tsh=1300$approximately
