Residence located in a luxury subdivision.
The project is developed in 3 levels, respecting the guidelines of the division, emphasizing the heights and sloping ceilings. To take advantage of the topography of the land, a semi-basement was located, such as a garage for 3 vehicles, utility room, pumping chamber and direct access to the residence.
The low level is developed from a covered garage for 2 visiting vehicles and access to the residence; entering the residence, we receive a canteen and a fishbowl facing the living room and outside (specific tastes of the client), we continue with the very spacious living room and dining room overlooking the terrace - back garden, open kitchen with bar and stove on the island, also overlooking the terrace - garden, pool and access to the barbecue area; We also have access to the semi - basement, patio or service and access to the upper floor.
In the high level, the intimate area is developed through a pergolated corridor that gives us access to 4 bedrooms and laundry room; The master bedroom has a closet - dressing room, bathroom with interior garden and access to a terrace overlooking the pool and back garden; the bedroom 2 looks towards the access through a balcony, also has closet - dressing room and bathroom; bedroom 3 also has a small closet - dressing room, bathroom and a small garden for natural lighting and ventilation; bedroom 4 also has a full bathroom, closet and access to the back terrace. On this level we also find a vertical access to the roof and battery and hydropneumatic room.
The residence will have solar and electric energy for air conditioners, solar water heater with backup gas heater, automatic pool maintenance through saline electrolysis, internal wired network for web service in Televisions, Wi-Fi and CCTV with cellular application, tablet or pc.
