F.B House

F.B House project has ben developed as a home project in all aspects, starting with the division of interior spaces, the change of existing materials, windows and their sizes. exterior spaces as well as the complete change of the roof and façade of the house. Even though it is a medium house with about 200 square meters, the house is very functional, adapting to the needs that each of us must have at home. The house contains a minimalist style which is broken by several colors which undoubtedly give spirit and warmth to all interiors spaces. From the outside, the house gives you the feeling of coldness due to the neutral colors it contains, black, gray and white, but the feeling changes in the moment we enter the house.
With a flat roof as well as the division of the outdoor spaces of the yard has been adapted to all urban parameters which are necessary to be contained in the respective neighborhood in Pristina.
