Team production architect at a mid-sized architecture firm working with lead architects and builders to deliver finished product on-time and under-budget. Produced high-quality and detailed technical execution drawings, 3D models, renderings and photo-editing for interior design refurbishment projects in Greater London including regular site inspections. Prepared specifications of labour and materials with regularl valuations in order to monitor the work progress in site and produced interim payment certificates for the contractor. Directly managed medium-size teams of contractors and specialists during construction to practical completion. Cooperated with Orproject partners based in Dubai and New Delhi to investigate, identify and scale new technologies benefitting the business. Analysed light, site and space planning to be submitted to Councils Design&Access Statement for Planning and Highways full-application.
