It had a strong focus on the use of specific HOUSING TECHNOLOGY AS INNOVATIVE STRATEGY to support response and reconstruction phases, optimizing economic aspect in agreement with psychological victims’ needs. Appropriate emergency shelter design of the envelope ed interiors was provided.
