SUTPC Shenzhen Bay Headquarters

This interior design project marks the new headquarters for the Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center (SUTPC). The project was completed within an ambitious one-year timeline.

Located on the 10th and 11th floors of a high-rise office building, the headquarters spans approximately 11,000 square meters and accommodates over 700 employees.

The design thoughtfully integrates a variety of functional spaces to support the diverse needs of the workforce. It includes numerous meeting rooms, a library, a bar, a canteen, and a cafeteria. Additionally, there are various seating, relaxation, and meeting areas, all designed to foster productivity and well-being.
