"Space on Nedelina" is a low-rise residential complex in an industrial-urban style, built according to an individual architectural design. The main idea of ​​the complex is a protest against monotonous gray high-rise buildings: the facade of the house is divided into sections of different heights with hanging gardens.

On the ground floor there are patio apartments with access to a private lounge area in the courtyard, on the upper floors there are studio apartments with spacious landscaped terraces. On the roof of the two central sections, a two-level public patio with a solarium, seating areas and barbecues is organized, the courtyard is planted with perennial trees and shrubs.
