50 Shades of Grey Penthouse

The '50 Shades of Grey' Penthouse, got the name from our Client's really specific request of a Dark/Black/Grey Interior.
Located at the heart of Prishtina, and being one of the tallest building there our main goal was to experience the City Landscape from every corner of the Penthouse. Our clients being a young open-minded couple they gave us the liberty of designing an 'unconventional' Master Bedroom (110 square meters) taking up the whole 3rd floor of the apartment, and we wanted to make it the main attraction of this design. The Master Bedroom is a Glass Enclosed space with 360 degree view of the City, with an open plan and a elevated SPA/Bath area to further amplify the Views.
The main floor consists of a 14 meters long floating kitchen design which connects to the Bar edhe Pool Table Area, while te living 'room' is elevated with stairs to be on a level with the Swimming Pool and have the full City View too.
All the floors are connected with a parametric design floating stair case which we like to call a Sculpniture as it serves as a sculpture and furniture at the same time. We used 8 shades of grey, and hints of green/wood to enhance and compliment the Dark cozy mood.
