This project represents a complete design-and-build solution, delivered from conceptualization to final handover. The design features a modern, geometric façade that utilizes a warm material palette—combining natural stone textures with wood-finish cladding to create a striking yet welcoming street presence.

Key structural elements include cantilevered balconies with varied railing opacities and distinct vertical framing that breaks the visual mass of the building. The layout incorporates spacious stilt parking on the ground level and optimized residential units above. As the construction manager, I oversaw all on-site execution, ensuring high-fidelity translation of the 3D visualization into reality, with strict attention to material quality and structural integrity.
