Work/Relax Room

Hi der client.
Thank you for this interesting project. The proposed design have satisfied all your needs and standards.
The main purpose was to design a multifunction room for working and relaxing. As you requested; there is a sofa, a TV stand and a cupboard in the relaxing area, and a desktop computer with 3 monitors in the workplace.
The following items are considered in the proposed design:

• As numerous studies have shown that natural light in workspaces improves worker satisfaction; the workplace is located near the window.
• Using vertical lines makes the ceiling look taller and using bright colors makes the space look brighter so we used them in the proposed design.
• The wood-burning stove is removed and replaced by a Split air conditioner.
• Although you did not order finishing layout and furniture layout in your requirements we prepared them free.
