The woodenigloo has been developed in sustainability, comfortable, healthy , modular and economic way , to create a cozy , simple and special house.
The project introduce a real change in the way of conceiving life and materials. In fact the whole structure is in natural wood like the name “ woodenigloo “ suggest; it is insulated with cork, and on the outside we have solar panels for electricity. The house is designed in terms of energy saving in according regulation relating to energy and environmental performance buildings.
The house, is conceived for two adults and two kids and is 187 sqm.;

The interior design of the first floor is developed around a central element in wooden pillars that, is also the fireplace of the house ; The radial distribution of the house, order respectively:
the children bedroom, the master bedroom, and the two bathrooms. These spaces are the only ones thought by wooden panels walls.
The rest of the floor is an open-space, in which we found the kitchen ,the living room and the hall; In the last one, there is a stair that is projected like a bookcase and it is the only customized element of the house.
Furthermore the second floor is free from walls and is thought like a relaxing, studying and playing space.
The furniture chosen are simply and cozy with a touch of original, to satisfy a different range of possible client
