Thank you for this great project. I have submitted my design proposal, the required files, and a rendering showing the final result. Below, I will explain my design in detail.
In the front area, I added a white PVC fence, removed the existing side door, and removed a plot of land in the middle of the front yard. This created a larger children's play area. By removing the right side door, continuous access was created between the front and back yards, with a 30cm wide embankment extending to the solarium. A concrete access ramp was also provided for easy access.
The existing alfresco area features a BBQ stove and rattan sofas for dining. The area between the alfresco area and the new pergola has been slightly different. I didn't follow the structure of the old alfresco area. The wooden supports were too close to the wall, creating a cramped feel. The pergola, along with the wellness area, which will house a hot tub, ice bath, bar, and wine fridge, requires a large space. Therefore, I created a new one. This pergola is larger with an open roof and a retractable mosquito net door.
In the rear area, there's a shed positioned to the left of the building, covering the rainwater drainage area. There's an outdoor shower located right next to the faucet. There's also a relaxation area with a firepit (daytime solarium area) with lounge chairs and sofas, and an Ecosmart 1270 Ethanol Tequila 50 fire table. The open solarium design features beautiful lamps that illuminate the area at night.
