Hi,
I need to completely renovate an existing villa that will be my main house. I’d like big glass windows or glass walls, refined materials and light and natural colours so that the villa would be integrated with the green surrounding area.

The interiors should be wide, comfortable and bright.

I am particularly attentive to any design that improve energy performance of the house and therefore economic savings.

The house has only one level that has to be divided in two differend units. The main unit will cover two third of the surface.

I’d like the living area and kitchen to overlook the pool area of the garden. Here in particular I’d like to have wide windows.
The main apartment should access also the basement which will be used as laundry, gym and play room.

I’d like the design to be modern and plain. I’d like to see wood, stone, steel and glass. Maybe you could enrich the main minimal style with parts in different styles.

Finally I’d like you to pay attention to the lighting, in particular to natural light.

Ristrutturazione e ammodernamento completo a villa già esistente. Grandi vetrate o pareti vetrate, materiali ricercati, colori chiari e naturali integreranno perfettamente la villa in contesto di verde circostante. Ambienti interni spaziosi, confortevoli e luminosi. Una particolare attenzione agli interventi che ne miglioreranno la classificazione energetica e il risparmio.

Sull'unico piano, dovranno essere definite, due unità abitative, di cui la principale sarà circa i 2/3 della superficie. La zona giorno e cucina con ampie vetrate affacceranno sul giardino con piscina antistante. Inoltre I'appartamento principale dovrà avere accesso al seminterrato che verrà adibito a lavanderia, palestra e area relax.

Vorrei, linee moderne, semplici, materiali e colori naturali, prediligendo legno, roccia, acciaio e vetro. Stile minimal con arricchimenti a spot di altre epoche o stili. Vorrei una particole attenzione alla luce naturale e all'illuminazione.
