Il progetto riguarda una villetta monofamiliare al mare, posizionata su un ampio terreno che la circonda, si sviluppa su tre livelli e la immagino di stile moderno, con linee pulite, essenziali e armoniche, amo la luce e i colori neutri.
Nel sottotetto: zona notte con bagno.
Piano terra: zona giorno con cucina e accesso al giardino, bagno e una camera da letto.
Seminterrato: una camera matrimoniale con bagno interno, due camerette, zona giorno con cucina e angolo camino più un secondo bagno.
Nell'area esterna va inserita una zona piscina con doccia esterna, zona barbecue, porticati fruibili che uniscono l'abitazione con il giardino.
Questa è l'idea, coerente con le nostre esigenze ma siamo aperti a proposte.

The project concerns a single-family house near the sea in three levels, with a large land that surrounds it. I imagine a modern style, with clean, essential, harmonious line. I love light and neutral colors.
In the attic: sleeping area with bathroom.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Here there is also the access to the garden.
Basement: double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two bedroom, living area with little kitchen and fireplace, plus a second bathroom.
In the garden the idea is to have a swimming pool area with an outdoor shower, a barbecue area and a porches that connect the house with the garden.
This is the idea, coherent with our needs but we are open to any proposal.
