Dear Client,

all inputs were managed (areas, restrictions, costs) and I made Italian atmosphere with contemporary architecture approach. There are two clear separated areas - private and public which correspond to garden, sun, views, access, etc.

Project is made to be adoptable to future owners, so everyone can make it's own space while keeping the main quality of the concept.

Building materials could be brick for private zone (mostly because of insulation) and wood in public area. It depends on You and Contractors.
