Il progetto consiste in una completa rifunzionalizzazione degli spazi in modo da avere nuovi ambienti più armoniosi e ben comunicanti tra di loro. Per offrire più possibilità è stata realizzata una soluzione (come visibile dai render) con ambiente living openspace dove la cucina risulta schermata dalla vista ma open sulla sala da pranzo; e l’altra possibilità dove invece la cucina si trova nell’attuale posizione con la sua zona operativa separata tramite una pannellatura scorrevole eventualmente realizzabile in vetro e metallo. La scala e la parte impiantistica principale come i bagni non vengono cambianti di posizioni in modo da contenere i costi anche perché risultano ben collocati anche con le modifiche della nuova distribuzione. La zona giorno risulta molto luminosa ed ora può godere di numerosi affacci sulla terrazza anch’essa arredata e quindi sul giardino. Il reparto notte si compone poi di due camere di cui una suite con cabina armadi ed eventuale bagno dedicato; qui trovano spazio numerose armadiature così da sfruttare al massimo gli spazi che altrimenti non sarebbero utilizzati. Al piano terra trovano spazio invece la seconda area giorno con cucina e grande tavolo per ospitare numerose persone, palestra / sala cinema e lavanderia e bagno di servizio al piano; inoltre nell’altra porzione del paiano terra vi è stato ricavato lo spazio per il bilocale indipendente e con accesso dall’esterno e comunque con possibilità di essere collegato anche internamente dal proprio disimpegno.

The project consists of a complete re-functionalization of the spaces in order to have new, more harmonious and well-communicating environments. To offer more possibilities, a solution was created (as visible from the renderings) with an open-space living area where the kitchen is screened from view but open to the dining room; and the other possibility where the kitchen is in its current position with its operating area separated by sliding panels that can be made of glass and metal. The staircase and the main plant part such as the bathrooms are not changed in position in order to contain costs also because they are well placed even with the changes to the new distribution. The living area is very bright and can now enjoy numerous views of the terrace, which is also furnished, and therefore of the garden. The sleeping area is then made up of two bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a walk-in closet and possible dedicated bathroom; here there are numerous wardrobes so as to make the most of the spaces that would otherwise not be used. On the ground floor there is space for the second living area with kitchen and large table to accommodate many people, gym / cinema room and laundry room and service bathroom on the floor; furthermore, in the other portion of the ground floor, space has been created for an independent two-room apartment with access from the outside and in any case with the possibility of being connected internally from its own hallway.
