We slightly modified the dimensions of the windows, which you can leave unchanged if the municipality does not approve, as it will not disrupt the overall design.
We chose a place for the master bedroom that overlooks the garden.
On the ground floor, we placed the kitchen and dining area in a place that overlooks the garden with two large windows.
We placed the cinema in the darkest part of the floor.
We arranged the ground floor so that all areas are accessible by a corridor and there is no need to pass through another area to move between different areas.
We have calibrated the plan you sent, considering your statement that the width of the staircase is 75 cm, but we still believe that your house is slightly larger than the plan you sent, considering the current photos of the house.
Therefore, if you approve our design and provide the correct map, we have the option of placing our approved design on the correct map for free.
