Via Marzabotto Novara

Dear Client,

I’ve prepared two design alternatives for your apartment:

**Option 1:** One 14 m² bedroom and one 9 m² bedroom, allowing for a larger living and dining area.

**Option 2:** Two 14 m² bedrooms, with a separate kitchen that can be enclosed from the rest of the space.

The laundry area is placed next to the terrace, while the bathroom is located in the original kitchen area to make the best use of the existing plumbing connections.

I hope you like the proposed designs, and I’d love to hear your thoughts!
