DEAR CLIENT,

Thank you for the detailed brief and clear guidelines. Based on your requirements and objectives, I’ve developed three preliminary layout concepts for the 200 m² minimarket. Each one focuses on optimizing customer flow, enhancing visibility, and especially giving proper attention to the fruit area — as emphasized in your request.

Key Design Considerations Addressed:
Spacious and welcoming fruit section near the entrance, without blocking the initial view, designed with wooden display islands, low height near the windows (max 90 cm), and options for integrated lighting and storage.

Clear customer path from entry to checkout, ensuring smooth circulation and minimal congestion, especially in front of the cash registers.

Breathing space in the center of the fruit area (approx. 220x600 cm) for comfort and visibility.

Strategic placement of refrigeration units, bakery, dairy, frozen goods, and organic products along the sides and back wall for functional zoning.

Compact and efficient dual checkout area near the left exit.

Materials and Atmosphere:
To support a clean and contemporary aesthetic, I recommend epoxy flooring — highly durable and easy to clean, making it ideal for a food retail environment. To contrast and soften the space visually, I propose using natural wood finishes for the fruit displays, wall shelving, and key furnishings, creating a warm and inviting shopping experience in line with your identity goals.

Façade Treatment Suggestion:
For the façade areas where transparent glass is not desired, I suggest incorporating product-themed lightbox panels. These can be used to display promotional graphics or seasonal product imagery, and they also enhance the shop's visibility and identity at night, creating a dynamic and engaging street presence.
