Dear client,
The primary goal of the project was to develop an optimal and highly functional spatial layout that ensures clear communication paths, efficient daily workflow, and a comfortable working environment for all employees and visitors. Special attention was given to organizing each department with sufficient and clearly designated space, allowing every sector to operate efficiently while maintaining a cohesive overall environment.
The design proposal was developed within the existing architectural framework of the building, where the spatial organization and internal partition systems had already been predefined. The intervention therefore focused primarily on the furniture arrangement as well as finishes and visual identity of the spaces, particularly through the treatment of the perimeter walls, introducing warmth, character, and a stronger sense of atmosphere without modifying the existing structure.
To enhance the identity of the working environments, wall murals were proposed for both the open space offices and the public guidance areas. This approach softens the overall perception of the interiors, creating spaces that feel more welcoming, dynamic, and contemporary, while maintaining an appropriate level of professionalism for the company’s activities.
Furniture selections throughout the project were developed in accordance with your clear guidelines, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements. Oak finishes, white metal structures, and blue accents were consistently used to reinforce a cohesive contemporary design language across the operational and public areas.
For the presidential office, walnut finishes were proposed instead of oak. This material choice creates a more elegant and representative atmosphere while establishing a stronger visual harmony with the iconic Zero desk by Della Rovere, further emphasizing the executive character of the space.
Please note that the visualization images are intended to communicate the overall design concept, atmosphere, materials, and spatial character of the project; therefore, certain furniture models, decorative elements, materials, or finishes may differ slightly from the final executed selections.
I wish you best of luck with your project!
Kind regards!
