Residenziale - Appartamento
Dear Client,
Following a thorough analysis of your desired floor plan organization and a comparison with alternative layouts, I have developed several options for your consideration.
In the three options shared at moment, the layout of the bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry remains consistent, as this configuration best reflects your brief and makes optimal use of the available space.
Bathroom & Laundry
The laundry has been positioned adjacent to the bathroom by widening the bathroom footprint. This allows for a more functional bathroom layout organized on both sides, rather than along a single wall.
The laundry opens directly from the hallway and includes, on one side, a washer, dryer, large sink, and generous additional storage. On the opposite side, the space can be configured either with storage shelving or as an ironing station with integrated storage.
The bathroom itself features a spacious vanity area, toilet, bidet, and a walk-in shower.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has been shifted closer to the second bedroom, allowing for a larger master suite overall, including a generously sized walk-in wardrobe.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom comfortably accommodates a 180 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a small make-up or desk corner.
I have intentionally designed the bedrooms with different moods to help you visualize and compare varying atmospheres and select the environment that best suits your preferences.

Option 1 - open space area
This is the option presented in the renderings, as I find it the most compelling in terms of spatial flow and optimal use of space.
Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed by a visually enclosed entrance hall featuring a coat and shoe wardrobe and a bench. The dining area is positioned first within the open-plan space, followed by the lounge area oriented toward a wall suitable for a TV and shelving.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with the shorter side of the L-shape housing the oven, microwave, refrigerator, and appliance storage, while the longer side includes the hob, sink, and dishwasher. The peninsula provides additional food preparation space as well as a breakfast seating area.
Option 2 - open space area
This option differs primarily in the kitchen layout, which is slightly smaller than in Option 1. In this case, the dishwasher would be integrated into the peninsula. Additionally, the lounge is oriented toward the open space, which may be less suitable if you prefer a more defined TV wall within the living area.
Option 3 - open space area
Option 3 is spatially interesting as the entrance leads directly into the open-plan lounge, creating a slightly larger living room area. The lounge is oriented toward the longest wall in the apartment, allowing for extensive shelving and a TV wall. In this layout, the kitchen runs along the windowed wall, while the dining area is positioned centrally.
