Based on the analysis of the existing conditions, available documentation, and the client’s requirements, three alternatives have been proposed. All three alternatives maintain the layout and placement of the bedrooms and the guest/work room in a way that best aligns with the client’s preferences and needs.

In this redesign, the corridor is slightly narrower compared to the existing condition. However, the bathroom, toilet, and laundry areas are positioned close to each other, minimizing potential challenges related to plumbing and installations. The laundry and storage spaces have sufficient area and are equipped with a sink.

The kitchen, living area, and dining spaces have been carefully arranged and furnished to ensure optimal functionality and circulation. The kitchens in all three alternatives are fully equipped with all appliances requested by the client. At the entrance, dedicated spaces for shoe storage and wardrobes have been provided. A cozy corner for the dog’s resting area has also been incorporated.
