Recommendation – Design Option 1
Dear [Client],
We recommend proceeding with Design Option 1, which we believe is the strongest solution. This option provides a dedicated arrival space and minimizes wasted circulation, creating a clean and efficient linear path.

Left wing: Wellness zone, including a welcoming hall, private bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), gym space connected to the shared balcony, sauna, jacuzzi, and a relaxation area for waiting when facilities are in use.

Middle: Unit A, designed for family customers, with an open living space (living area, kitchen with 4-element module, dining table, and children’s area). It includes a large parent bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, open window, and ensuite bathroom, plus a children’s bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, and ensuite.

Right wing: Unit B, designed for young people or friends, with a small dining table for 3–4 people, 4-element kitchen module, living space, and two bedrooms (one with ensuite).

This layout balances functionality and comfort while maintaining a strong architectural identity.
