I have designed three different layout options for you, taking into account the limitations of the house.
The first and second designs include a mezzanine level, while the third design does not include a mezzanine.
In the first and second designs, the ground floor includes a living area with a stove, a kitchen, a dining table, and a staircase. On the upper floor, there is one bedroom with a bathroom and a work desk.
In the second design, you can also use the space under the stairs as a closet/storage area.
In the third design, the ground floor includes a small bedroom, a small bathroom, a kitchen, and a more compact living area.
