The goal of this design was to create refined, elegant, yet welcoming interior that combine clean lines, natural light, and bespoke details. Each space has been carefully planned to balance functionality with atmosphere, using custom furniture solutions, architectural lighting, and high-quality finishes.
Upon entering the apartment, a custom-made wardrobe and console with mirror provide both storage and convenience for everyday use. Adjacent to the entry, a reading corner has been created, featuring an arched library cabinet with integrated LED lighting, an armchair with foot recliner, and a side table — a cozy retreat within the home.
The heart of the design is the large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. A long kitchen island serves as both a food preparation space and a breakfast/snack counter, while the signature TV wall unit with ethanol fireplace creates a strong focal point, adding warmth and character.
The guest bathroom is reimagined with a micro-cement finish and expanded layout, accommodating a toilet, bidet, vanity, walk-in shower, and a concealed cabinet for washer, dryer, and storage.
In the master suite, the bedroom has been enlarged to house an extended wardrobe, while the master bathroom is now accessed directly from the bedroom, ensuring privacy. To preserve natural light, it is suggested that a window above the bathtub be retained, allowing daylight to filter into the corridor.
Other bedrooms are equipped with all essential furniture, maintaining functionality and comfort.
Throughout the apartment, the lighting concept plays a crucial role: a dropped ceiling with integrated spotlights and LED strips provides layered illumination, while additional LED lighting is incorporated into select cabinetry, reinforcing the sense of atmosphere and enhancing architectural volumes.
This design results in a home that embodies the values of elegance, comfort, and practicality — a fluid, luminous space with thoughtful details that reflect both contemporary taste and timeless warmth.
