Dear client,
This design focuses on achieving your goals with minimal demolition and reconstruction.
The north side accommodates three functional bedrooms, while the southwest open space creates a bright, connected kitchen, dining, and living area.
The kitchen features a central island and connects seamlessly to the dining area, with the option of sliding glass doors. The living room gains a central TV wall and a cozy study corner with a desk and library.
The first bathroom remains the same in size, with only suggestion of the sink position replaced, while the second bathroom is extended to include a shower and a repositioned door for better flow.
In the corridor, the existing door is closed, allowing space for a large wardrobe.
With living room entrance and kitchen door on the opposite side, a circular flow is formed and all spaces within apartment are well connected.
Altogether, the layout balances functionality with comfort, aligned with your requests.
