Hello,
This project meets all your requests. The design has small wall demolitions and reconstruction, making it really easy to do. The bathrooms were added in the single bedroom and near the laundry. The laundry has a lot of room for cupboards, washing machines and ironing. It has natural ventilation for steaming. The pantry was added near the kitchen since it will be used for kitchen storage mostly.
