I tried to keep the new floor layout as much simple and clean as it was possible, while keeping the originality and functionality. By "originality" I mean the unique green-beige-wood look with arches, and by "functionality" to fullfill and realize all the spaces and areas that are give in briefing.

Although your space is pretty much huge, 10002, it has very bad distribution of space, especially when 2 big wasted areas, on the left and right side of floor plan. Even the columns are not placed in regular geometric axis. Therefore I must I admit that designing this project was really challenge and I am very very thankfull for this unuique occasion to work on this project.


1. ENTRANCE with AI INFO PANEL
Entrance is changed for new function of the space
2 new stairs, left and right, are added, while the AI CHAT BOT INFO PANEL is placed just between them.
2. CORRIDORS, tried to make them shortes as possible
3. OFFICES, there are 8 various offices, 3-8 employees.
4. PRINT ROOM, has its own window, natural ventilation is
very important for print copy rooms.
5. MEETING ROOMS, CONFERENCE ROOMS, etc ...are all placed in separate space, you can reach them without going through offices or via main entertainment room.
6. MUSIC ROOM and AUDIO PODCAST, are one unique space, with its common entrance with audio absobers.
7. MENAGEMENT OFFICE, is located near wall with natural light and air.
8 . ENTERTAINMENT, is, obviously in the middle of space, with 2 stairs, one to lift and other to take down, to improve the stabillity.
8.1 KITCHEN could adopt up to 20-25 guests.
8.2 SOFT SEATS, up to 35-40 guests.
8.3 GALLERY, at least but not last, insteraed of placing the paintings along the corridors. I offered 2 small galleries, left and right, which I admire to much better solution, therefore we can have here real art gallery.
8.4 Pool tables, could be use both as a pool tables, or full king size dinning living room tables, there are renders with both variants.
They are italian made, by Italian manufacturer, as football table, both from same collection.
