The main idea of the project is based on concentrating the areas of most popular use (noisy) in the central area (kitchen, relaxation space, general coworking), and the rooms that need more acoustic efficiency towards the perimeter; this organization generates that these perimeter rooms are flexible and can be, or not, linked to the central areas.
This zoning has an optimal circulation allowing to reach any office quickly and clearly, all social areas are concentrated as a focal point, being able to turn the whole space into an auditorium with 360º stage, ideal for popular events that involve many people in an incredible space.
Another important feature are the instagram zones, simulating skylights that, together with the staircase core, illuminate the central area.
