This basement space will be mainly dedicated to events though it is often used as a "classroom."

The red area will be used as the event space/classroom so it would be nice if easily removable furniture could be incorporated into the design.

The blue area will be dedicated to two meeting rooms (12-15 capacity and 6-8 capacity) and possibly two phone rooms (2-person capacity).

Ideally the blue and red spaces will be separated so that they can be used simultaneously by different parties, but we want something that allows the two be spaces to still be open and connected for bigger events.

The storage room can be reduced to the line to create more space for the meeting rooms.

The event space needs to accommodate 150 people.

What we (might) want (but we're open to ideas):
- White/light walls
-Light colored furniture, but no white/cream
- Incorporate existing wood furniture, Bar Tables (6) W:3ft 4in, H:2ft 11in, Bar Stools (26): 12 with a leather seat with measurements: H:2ft 5in, W:13in; 10 with a wooden seat H:2ft 3 and 1/2in, W:13in, 3 leather stools that are shorter measurements: H:2ft (blue area)
- Extend existing wooden floor (blue area)
- Replace existing wooden chairs in the event space (red area)
- Remove carpet squares, incorporate concrete floor with area rugs (red area)
