SMART DIVISION - Split from 1 to 2 apartments

hello dear client,
as you requested in the brief we designed the current apartment into 2 separate apartment.
1- Both of the apartment have pantry, closet and laundry room
2- There is a small difference in the area of the apartments
3- Kitchens are linear and have spaces for all the needed appliances
