Apartment 1 and 2 have an area of about 53sqm and 42sqm respectively. The remaining area is for the shared space at the entrance for both apartments.

Both Apartments have one
1. Living area (tv Zone with sofa)
2. 2 seater dining table
3. 3m linear Kitchen
4. Bedroom
5. Full Bathroom
6. Laundry closet
7. Pantry

Only Apartment 1 has a walk-in closet in the bedroom.
