Small apartment for 2

The project, considering the presence of windows on two walls, is designed to take advantage of all the available space, giving for each area its corner of privacy.
Keeping the existing position of kitchen and bathroom, the plan maximizes the light of the windows for living area, dining area and kitchen.
Next to the walls of the bathroom, a "scenic box " made of 2,10 mt high walls and transparent steel panel with decorations, contains the bedroom area.
All around this "scenic box", the core of the flat, are placed the conversation zone, the working zone, the corner of hobbies (bike storage) and the area of services (renewed kitchen/dining room and bathroom).
The sheltered balcony is used to eat overlooking the city.
