According to the task the loft is redesigned by adding the new closed room (bedroom for a child) on the mezzanine and changing shapes of other rooms. The dimensions of the ladder are reduced. There is a place for a small study in the hallway upstairs.
Furthermore, the back garden is redesigned, so it can be to exploited it during the warm seasons.
