The proposed rooftop remodel comprises of contemporary seating and quite reading / relaxation seating in verandah. The terrace includes enclosure under pergola covering staircase and exercise area, a shaded bar with an undercounter fridge and dishwasher. The hot tub / jacuzzi is raised along with steps and raised landscape. There is a parasol and sun lounges. Vinyl flooring with concrete texture is proposed for flooring and surface finishes. Metal finish with stainless steel and glass staircase is recommended. Lighting to uplift the ambiance includes spot lights under pergola, recessed step and wall lights and rope light as wall washer along the edge highlighting creepers plantation.
