This project involved the refurbishment of a semi-detached residential unit, transforming it into a functional and refined small apartment. The design focused on making the most of the limited space while creating a warm contemporary feel that is light, elegant, and welcoming.

The proposal respected the existing load-bearing masonry walls and the character of the shared façade, with exterior improvements designed to blend with the adjoining structure. A small landscaped green area was also introduced to soften the frontage and add to the overall residential feel.

Inside, the design followed the client’s preference for warm contemporary luxury, with clean lines, bright finishes, and uncluttered spaces that feel both practical and inviting. Overall, the project aimed to balance spatial efficiency, restraint, and comfort within a compact home.
