Ristrutturazione casa unifamiliare con ampliamento

Our solution involves renovating both levels, including the elevations and roof, without a complete demolition, and an extension to add a garage and an extension to the terrace to integrate the swimming pool and relaxation area, all while respecting the permitted total volume of the house. The first intervention on the ground floor focused on the south elevation. We eliminated the gap between the two walls and created a straight line to reduce the overall volume of the house, allowing us to integrate the swimming pool and relaxation area on the upper floor.
We built walls to create three bedrooms, a laundry room, a boiler room, and a bathroom. Regarding the indoor staircase, we just changed its configuration to bring it up to code without changing its current location. We respected the existing structure because the intervention was much more focused on the boundaries of the southern part of the house.
Upstairs, the interior partitions were removed to create a large, bright, open space dedicated to daytime living areas. We aligned the walls of the southern section and moved part of it back to incorporate the relaxation area. This intervention allowed us to reduce the overall volume of the house so that we could widen the terrace to include the pool and relaxation area without exceeding the permitted volume, So we created a new structure for the construction of the new terrace.

Regarding the roof, we created a modern design on the west elevation for a contemporary look, but we retained the original shape because the different roof levels added an aesthetic element to the elevation and ensured the integration of the new design within the context of the region. we also made sure to add a local materials like wood and stone.

Abbiamo lavorato con impegno a questo progetto per soddisfare al meglio le sue esigenze e richieste.

La nostra soluzione prevede la ristrutturazione di entrambi i livelli, comprese le facciate e il tetto, senza demolizioni complete, nonché un ampliamento per realizzare un garage e un terrazzo per integrare la piscina e l'area relax, il tutto nel rispetto della volumetria complessiva consentita della casa. Il primo intervento al piano terra si è concentrato sulla facciata sud. Abbiamo eliminato lo spazio tra le due pareti e creato una linea retta per ridurre il volume complessivo della casa, il che ci ha permesso di integrare la piscina e l'area relax al piano superiore.

Abbiamo realizzato delle partizioni per ricavare tre camere da letto, una lavanderia, un locale caldaia e un bagno. Per quanto riguarda la scala interna, ne abbiamo semplicemente modificato la configurazione per adeguarla alle normative senza modificarne la posizione. Abbiamo rispettato la struttura esistente poiché l'intervento si è concentrato sui confini della parte sud della casa.

Al piano superiore, le partizioni interne sono state rimosse per creare un ampio soggiorno aperto e luminoso. Abbiamo allineato le pareti dell'ala sud e ne abbiamo arretrato una parte per incorporare la zona relax. Questo intervento ci ha permesso di ridurre il volume complessivo della casa e quindi di ampliare la terrazza per includere la piscina e la zona relax, senza superare il volume consentito. Abbiamo quindi creato una nuova struttura per la costruzione di questa nuova terrazza.

Per quanto riguarda il tetto, abbiamo optato per un design moderno sulla facciata ovest per conferirle un aspetto contemporaneo, pur preservandone la forma originale. Infatti, i diversi livelli del tetto aggiungono un tocco estetico alla facciata e garantiscono l'integrazione armoniosa del nuovo design nel contesto regionale. Abbiamo inoltre utilizzato materiali locali come legno e pietra.
