Una casa ripensata: dove il comfort contemporaneo incontra il paesaggio

Questo progetto mira a trasformare una tradizionale casa di campagna in una residenza raffinata e moderna, che si sente al tempo stesso radicata nell'ambiente circostante e raffinata nel design.

Trasformazione esterna: abbiamo completamente rinnovato le facciate per creare un aspetto pulito ed elegante che si fonde naturalmente con il contesto rurale.

Le vecchie finiture sono state sostituite con un mix di intonaco liscio e pietra locale, che conferisce alla casa calore e consistenza.

Le aperture sono state riprogettate per incorniciare la vista sulla valle, con finestre più grandi e cornici nere minimaliste che aggiungono un tocco contemporaneo.

Sono state introdotte nuove terrazze e balconi per ampliare l'esperienza abitativa all'aperto, mentre un'area piscina esposta a sud è stata attentamente integrata nel terreno in pendenza per il relax e il godimento del panorama.

Un'illuminazione soffusa e un'attenta progettazione del paesaggio valorizzano l'architettura e creano un'atmosfera accogliente sia di giorno che di notte.

Design degli interni: la disposizione è stata ristrutturata per favorire uno stile di vita più fluido e confortevole:

Il piano terra ospita ora la zona notte, con tre tranquille camere da letto, un bagno e una lavanderia.

Il primo piano è dedicato alla zona giorno e alla convivialità, con una cucina a pianta aperta e una zona soggiorno che gode di luce naturale e vista panoramica.

Una nuova scala interna collega i due livelli, integrando quella esterna esistente e migliorando la circolazione.

Stile e atmosfera Il design degli interni segue un approccio minimalista e caldo: linee pulite, toni terrosi e materiali naturali come legno e pietra. Arredi e finiture sono stati selezionati per evocare calma e raffinatezza, con luci soffuse e dettagli curati che rendono ogni spazio intenzionale e accogliente. L'estetica generale è moderna ma senza tempo, progettata per armonizzarsi con le colline del Prosecco, patrimonio dell'UNESCO, e riflettere la bellezza del paesaggio circostante.

This project is all about transforming a traditional countryside house into a refined, modern residence that feels both rooted in its surroundings and elevated in its design.

Exterior Transformation We completely renewed the façades to create a clean, elegant look that blends naturally with the agricultural setting.

The old finishes were replaced with a mix of smooth plaster and locally sourced stone, giving the house warmth and texture.

Openings were redesigned to frame the valley views, with larger windows and minimalist black frames that add a contemporary touch.

New terraces and balconies were introduced to extend the living experience outdoors, while a south-facing pool area was carefully integrated into the sloped terrain for relaxation and scenic enjoyment.

Subtle lighting and landscaping enhance the architecture and create a welcoming atmosphere day and night.

Interior Design The layout was restructured to support a more fluid and comfortable lifestyle:

The ground floor now hosts the sleeping area, with three serene bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room.

The first floor is dedicated to living and gathering, with an open-plan kitchen and lounge area that enjoys natural light and panoramic views.

A new internal staircase connects the two levels, complementing the existing external one and improving circulation.

Style and Atmosphere The interior design follows a warm minimalist approach—clean lines, earthy tones, and natural materials like wood and stone. Furniture and finishes were selected to evoke calm and sophistication, with soft lighting and curated details that make each space feel intentional and inviting. The overall aesthetic is modern yet timeless, designed to harmonize with the UNESCO-listed Prosecco Hills and reflect the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
