The concept of space organization is based on an open and flexible space. For this reason, the service part (guest toilet, wardrobe and kitchen ) is located to the southwest side of the space, beside an adjacent building.

Between the living room and dining room is a wall with a wood burner fireplace within, positioned in the way to warm center where users spend the most time.

Vertical communication - stairs, is situated in the center of free space as the main motive.
Because of that, central wall with shelves and fireplace has a simple design. The wall is only treated with the “spatolato” technique which gives to it rich ocher texture in opposite with the flat painted white walls.

If the fireplace for any reason can not be placed on the proposed position (due to construction), it can be switched with position of TV and commode. That will not change the space organization concept.
