Thank you for your interesting project.
For this project, I have considered three layout options for the ground floor. In the first option, the kitchen is placed next to the staircase, allowing you to utilize the space under the stairs and create a more open layout. In the second option, the kitchen is positioned on the wall opposite the stairs. In the third option, the kitchen remains in its current location. In all of these options, the bathroom has been enlarged.
For the kitchen materials, I have proposed three different combinations:
The first is a mix of light wood and beige, the second is white and anthracite, and the third is white and steel. The lighter the color you choose, the brighter, more open, and more spacious the area will feel.
On the upper floor, for the master bedroom, I have provided three alternatives, which you can see in the renderings. The closet has also been made larger and more spacious, and it has been rendered in both anthracite and light wood options.
Additionally, the bathtub on the first floor has been removed and replaced with a shower.

Per questo progetto ho considerato tre soluzioni per il piano terra. Nella prima soluzione, la cucina è posizionata accanto alla scala, permettendo di sfruttare lo spazio sotto la scala e creare un ambiente più aperto. Nella seconda soluzione, la cucina è collocata sulla parete di fronte alla scala. Nella terza soluzione, la cucina rimane nella sua posizione attuale. In tutte queste soluzioni, il bagno è stato ampliato.
Per i materiali della cucina, ho previsto tre combinazioni:
la prima è un mix di legno chiaro e beige, la seconda è bianco e antracite, e la terza è bianco e acciaio. Più il colore scelto è chiaro, più lo spazio risulterà luminoso, arioso e ampio.
Al piano superiore, per la camera da letto principale, ho considerato tre alternative, visibili nei rendering. Anche la cabina armadio è stata ampliata e resa più ariosa, ed è stata renderizzata sia nella versione antracite che in legno chiaro.
Inoltre, la vasca da bagno al primo piano è stata rimossa e sostituita con una doccia.
