To enhance functionality and aesthetic flow, we restructured several key areas: We've executed a Ground Floor Transformation by removing select partition walls to create a visually open kitchen space.
-This new layout features a central island that doubles as both a cooking station and a dining table, fostering practicality and conviviality.
-For Bathroom Optimization, by relocating the washing machine to the kitchen area, we were able to slightly expand the bathroom and improve its overall usability.
-Furthermore, the Staircase Redesign involved reimagining it to be seamlessly integrated with the TV unit, maximizing space efficiency while adding a distinctive design element.
-Regarding the First Floor Enhancements, we introduced greater privacy for the bedrooms by consolidating them around a single shared bathroom. The master bedroom now benefits from a significantly larger walk-in closet.
-This thoughtful reconfiguration balances comfort, style, and smart use of space—creating a home that feels both spacious and intimate.

- Per quanto riguarda la presentazione visiva del progetto, le immagini allegate mostrano un'estetica moderna ed elegante.
- Abbiamo utilizzato una palette di colori Soft Minimalist, caratterizzata da toni neutri come bianchi crema, beige caldi e grigi tenui, accentuati da texture in legno naturale e un'illuminazione strategica.
- L'attenzione è rivolta a linee pulite e materiali materici, incorporando elementi come piastrelle effetto marmo di grande formato e pannelli a parete scanalati su misura per aggiungere profondità e interesse visivo senza ingombro.
- Questo approccio garantisce un aspetto finale lussuoso e sereno, evidenziando l'efficienza spaziale e la fluidità del nuovo layout.
Per migliorare la funzionalità e l'estetica, abbiamo ristrutturato diverse aree chiave: abbiamo eseguito una trasformazione al piano terra rimuovendo alcune pareti divisorie per creare uno spazio cucina visivamente aperto.
- Questo nuovo layout presenta un'isola centrale che funge sia da zona cottura che da tavolo da pranzo, favorendo praticità e convivialità.
- Per quanto riguarda l'ottimizzazione del bagno, spostando la lavatrice in cucina, siamo riusciti ad ampliare leggermente il bagno e a migliorarne la fruibilità complessiva.
- Inoltre, la riprogettazione della scala ha comportato una sua integrazione perfetta con il mobile TV, massimizzando l'efficienza dello spazio e aggiungendo un elemento di design distintivo.
- Per quanto riguarda i miglioramenti al primo piano, abbiamo introdotto una maggiore privacy per le camere da letto, accorpandole attorno a un unico bagno condiviso. La camera da letto principale ora beneficia di una cabina armadio notevolmente più grande.
- Questa riconfigurazione ponderata bilancia comfort, stile e un uso intelligente dello spazio, creando una casa che trasmette una sensazione di spazio e intimità.
