We have carefully studied the existing conditions as well as your expectations in order to develop a new layout solution that maximizes both the available space and your functional needs.

The design relocates the kitchen to the front area, allowing for a continuous kitchen island and dining table arrangement, which helps optimize the space as efficiently as possible. The living room is designed with an open layout adjacent to the dining area, enhancing both convenience and the connection to the outdoor courtyard.
