The new structure has been designed in accordance with the regulatory and volumetric constraints outlined in the tender documentation. The proposed building will comprise five floors (A basement and 4 upper floors). Each apartment unit is designed with a useful internal height of 2.7 meters, while the floor-to-floor height is maintained at 3.2 meters, ensuring compliance with current building standards and comfort requirements.

Each floor level has
a. 2 Three bedroom apartments
b. 1 Four bedroom apartment
c. 1 Two bedroom apartment

The ground floor accommodates a dedicated garage area with parking spaces, along with a main entrance hall that provides direct access to the residential levels. In addition, external parking stalls are provided to support visitor parking and overflow requirements.

The building’s placement and overall footprint strictly adhere to the prescribed boundary setbacks, as detailed in the tender specifications, ensuring compliance with zoning and privacy regulations.
