This proposal keeps in mind the elite class of apartments required and proposes a facade equally elite. It is a blend of a modern and classical elevation that looks classy yet clean and neat.

The apartments are planned with exterior ventilated toilets and all rooms having sufficient facade openings. The enclosable kitchens are placed abutting intrnal ventilation shafts. These ventilation shafts will help in achieving cross ventilation through the Living+Dining+Kitchen open spaces especially during warmer months.
