Partendo da un analisi iniziale che tiene conto della proposta da voi allegata e studiando il complesso nel suo insieme, sono state adottate soluzioni con l’obiettivo di rendere le unità il più possibile funzionali così da inserire quanto richiesto e mantenendo limitati gli interventi. In totale abbiamo cinque unità che si sviluppano sui vari livelli ad eccezione delle due collocate al piano terra con giardino e pergola private. Gli interni, nonostante le murature portanti che vincolano gli interventi, risultano lineari e ben proporzionati con zone living luminose e tutte con accesso verso l’esterno che sia giardino o terrazza in modo da offrire valore aggiunto all’intero appartamento. Le soluzioni adottate per gli interni sono in stile moderno in contrasto con gli esterni più tipici del luogo, mentre i colori pensati per gli interni sono chiari con leggeri contrasti realizzabili con materiali più caldi come il legno che può donare quel calore e confort sempre ricercato.

Starting from an initial analysis that takes into account the proposal you attached and studying the complex as a whole, solutions have been adopted with the aim of making the units as functional as possible so as to include what is requested and keeping the interventions limited. In total we have five units that develop on various levels with the exception of the two located on the ground floor with private garden and pergola. The interiors, despite the load-bearing walls that limit the interventions, are linear and well-proportioned with bright living areas and all with access to the outside whether it is the garden or the terrace so as to offer added value to the entire apartment. The solutions adopted for the interiors are in a modern style in contrast with the more typical exteriors of the place, while the colors designed for the interiors are light with light contrasts achievable with warmer materials such as wood that can give that warmth and comfort always sought.
