Hi everyone, I have an apartment of about 100 square meters on the top floor of a 4-storey building, it will not be my residential home. I would like a house with large spaces where I can host friends for aperitif dinners etc.
Where in the plan you see the terrace I would like a large veranda
Leaving the kitchen / living room towards the terrace / veranda, a large window with sliding doors (even from 2-3 meters) towards the veranda
and with a new arrangement of the light points
I love the modern style, I would like to replace all the current furniture. Budget only for furniture 10,000 Eur approx
All fixtures will be replaced (those outside towards the terrace and all those inside the "Chiostrina")
All doors and entrance door will be replaced, I like them wider (80-90cm) the old ones were very narrow (about 70cm)
From the kitchen / living room I would like a large sliding window, perhaps closing the small window and leaving only the large window.
I would like the veranda for dinners or aperitifs with friends but also to relax a bit
In the kitchen / living room I would like to install a 46 "-50" TV and a 2-door refrigerator

Salve a tutti, ho un appartamento di circa 100 mq posto all'ultimo piano su una palazzina di 4 piani, non sarà la mia abitazione residenziale. Vorrei una casa con ampi spazi dove potere ospitare amici per cene aperitivi etc.
Dove nella pianta si vede la terrazza vorrei una grande veranda
Uscendo dalla cucina/salotto verso la terrazza/veranda una grande vetrata ad ante scorrevoli ( anche da 2-3 metri ) verso la veranda
e con una nuova disposizione dei punti luce
Amo lo stile moderno, vorrei sostituire tutto l'arredamento attuale. Budget solo per mobili 10.000 Eur circa
Verranno sostituiti tutti gli infissi ( quelli in esterno verso la terrazza e tutti quelli interni della "Chiostrina" )
Saranno sostituite tutte le porte e la porta di ingresso, mi piacciono più larghe ( 80-90cm )quelle vecchie erano molto strette ( circa 70cm )
Dalla cucina/soggiorno vorrei una grande vetrata scorrevole, magari chiudendo la finestra piccola e lasciano solo la grande vetrata.
La veranda la vorrei per cene o aperitivi con gli amici ma anche per rilassarmi un po’
Nella cucina/soggiorno vorrei installare una tv da 46”-50” e un frigorifero a 2 ante

Hola a todos, tengo un apartamento de unos 100 metros cuadrados en el último piso de un edificio de 4 plantas, no será mi vivienda residencial. Me gustaría una casa con grandes espacios donde pueda recibir amigos para cenas de aperitivo, etc.
Donde en el plan ves la terraza me gustaría una gran veranda
Saliendo de la cocina / sala de estar hacia la terraza / veranda, una gran ventana con puertas correderas (incluso de 2-3 metros) hacia la veranda
y con una nueva disposición de los puntos de luz
Me encanta el estilo moderno, me gustaría reemplazar todos los muebles actuales. Presupuesto solo para muebles 10,000 Eur aprox.
Todos los accesorios serán reemplazados (los de afuera hacia la terraza y todos los que están dentro del "Chiostrina")
Todas las puertas y la puerta de entrada serán reemplazadas, me gustan más anchas (80-90cm) las antiguas eran muy estrechas (unos 70cm)
Desde la cocina / sala de estar me gustaría una gran ventana corrediza, quizás cerrando la ventana pequeña y dejando solo la ventana grande.
Me gustaría la veranda para cenas o aperitivos con amigos pero también para relajarme un poco.
En la cocina / sala de estar me gustaría instalar un televisor de 46 "-50" y un refrigerador de 2 puertas.
